Making a marketing request

All requests for marketing support need to be submitted using our simple online form. When making a request, please include as much detail as possible. You should have an idea of what you are looking for e.g. flyers, digital screen, and what those assets should be saying. Without detail, we’re flying blind and that leads to crossed wires and wasted design time when it comes to the final product.

We ask that you give at least four weeks’ notice for requests but for larger scale projects these should be submitted up to three months ahead of the required time – this allows time for concept creation for potential campaigns which is impossible if we don’t have time to plan.

All requests must be submitted through the Asana system.

We’re here to make student life better at Royal Holloway and while all of our work is directed at making this happen, at times it can be difficult for students to know who is responsible for delivering a campaign or event. That’s why our brand is so important. It differentiates us from the College and other stakeholders and builds trust in the work we are doing.

Outside of just looking great, it extends to everything we say and do. Being consistent in our communications ensures that our members understand we are a professional organisation that is on their side.
