Summer Ball Tickets Update

Earlier today, we launched our Phase One ticket to Summer Ball 2023. While demand for Summer Ball tickets is always high, website traffic this year was unprecedented. Read our statement on today's launch and find out details of our next ticket release.

Earlier today, we launched tickets to Summer Ball 2023.

Despite the rising costs of everything from acts to infrastructure, we have worked hard to keep the ticket price at £75 for this year’s event. As part of our ongoing Cost of Living support, we once again pledged to offer discounted tickets as part of our launch day.

In total, we made 475 discounted tickets available (13.5% of the overall event capacity) equating to total savings of £8000 for students. A further 525 General Sale tickets were also made available, taking today’s ticket allocation to 1000 (28.5% of the overall event capacity).

While demand for Summer Ball tickets is always high, website traffic this year was unprecedented, and we, unfortunately, experienced issues which saw the site crash.

We completely understand the frustration felt by many of you and acknowledge that the website experience was far from ideal. Unfortunately, as happens with many festivals and other major ticketed events, demand far outweighed the number of available tickets. As a result, the full allocation for each tier was snapped up within seconds of going on sale.

While we appreciate you may be disappointed if you were unsuccessful today, we’d like to emphasise that over 70% of tickets remain available. On Friday 5 May, we will be releasing a further 1000 General Sale tickets as part of our Phase 2 plans. The final 1500 tickets will be released in Phase 3 on Friday 12 May when we’ll also be announcing your Festival Stage line-up.
