5 super popular Alcohol-Free Cocktails
What is a mocktail? Mocktails are non-alcoholic mixed drinks designed to replicate cocktails regarding presentation and complexity but just without the alcohol. Mocktails will usually contain a mix of fruit juices, syrups and sodas.
Cranberry Spritz
100ml cranberry juice, half a juiced orange, 6 sage leaves, 80ml sparkling white grape juice and ice
Virgin Pina Colada
150ml pineapple juice, 50ml coconut milk, spice, 1 tsp brown sugar, 25ml lime, garnish with maraschino cherries and fresh pineapple wedges
Passionfruit and Elderflower Spritz
50ml passionfruit juice, 25ml lemon juice, 2 tsp elderflower cordial, 150ml sparkling water, garnish with 1tsp passion fruit seeds and lime leaf
Mojito
3 juiced limes, 1 tbsp sugar, mint and soda water
Passion fruit martini
100ml alcohol-free spirits, 2 tsp sugar syrup, 3 passion fruits (halved), ice, 1 egg white, 1 lemon
