Sales Reports

When a student is elected onto a committee, their student number/RHSU login will be given administration rights for the relevant student group. This will provide access to the membership list, as well as product and tickets reports.

To view sales reports, please follow these steps:

  1. Logon to the RHSU website
  2. Click 'Admin' at the top right, followed by the name of the student group
  3. Click 'Sales Report'
  4. Underneath 'Choose Report', you will be given the option to either click 'Sales Report' or 'Purchase Report'. In clicking 'Sales Report', you will be directed to see how many people have bought products available on the RHSU website linked to your student group. 'Purchase Report' will show you the names of those who have bought standard membership.

Editing the Website

All members of committee will have the administration access to edit the front page of the student group webpage. This is a great place to outline regular meeting times and locations, events, career or volunteering opportunities, and much more!

To edit the front end of the website, please follow these steps:

  1. Logon to the RHSU website
  2. Click ‘Admin’ in the top right of the screen, followed by the name of the student group
  3. Click ‘Edit Details’ within the options provided
  4. Enter any details that you wish to promote into the text boxes
  5. Click save!
