Our mission is pretty simple – to make student life better at Royal Holloway. But how do we know that we’re achieving this? Well that’s where you come in. As members and regular users of our services, you’re best placed to tell us what we’re getting right and more importantly, where we can improve.

That’s why we run our Rate Your Union survey and to thank you for your time we’ve got 28 prizes up-for-grabs for the duration of the survey. It pays to enter early because when you submit a survey entry you will not only have a chance to win the prize that day but you will also have a chance to win the prizes for the remaining period. HOW LONG IS THE DRAW OPEN?

The daily prize draw is open from 15 May till midnight 28 May 2017.

HOW WILL WINNERS BE SELECTED?

When you enter the prize draw you will be assigned a number (that will be kept the same throughout the entirety of the draw). The cut-off point for each day will be at 23:59 and your entry will be timestamped. On the next working day all of the current entry numbers, up until the previous day's cut-off point, will be entered into Random.Org where the winner will be randomly generated.

HOW MANY PRIZES CAN I WIN?

Only one prize is allowed per person.

WHEN WILL THE WINNER BE ANNOUNCED?

Winners will be announced the next working day. Friday, Saturday and Sunday's winners will be announced on the following Monday.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT WHAT ORDER THE PRIZES WILL BE RELEASED IN?

The prize for each day will be announced on Twitter and Facebook every morning.

HOW WILL I KNOW I HAVE WON A PRIZE?

You will receive an email if you have won a prize. A winner's announcement will be made on social media after you have replied to us.

WHERE SHOULD I COLLECT MY PRIZE?

To collect your prize please bring your College card (if lost please bring another form of ID) to the SU Reception.
