Meet your Community Officer

Hey there! My name is Het (she/her) and I am currently pursuing my PGT degree in Clinical Psychology! Being someone who has always been involved in creating events that help bring people together, the PGT Community Officer role sounded right up my alley.

As a PGT student, it can often seem like everyone already knows each other and students may find it difficult to merge into already existing groups.

For my term, I would like to create opportunities for PGT students to get more involved in the social side of the university experience. I would like to do my best to encourage connections between students from different fields and walks of life. Fostering an environment where people can come and experience a sense of belongingness would be my goal for the year.
