The MaCheckYourself Campaign is back! Bigger and Better!

Some of you may know me and some of you may not, but it’s okay either way. I’m here to clarify.

I am the President/Founder of PokeSoc and have held positions across campus from student engagement to volunteering. I am an environmental campaigner and a Bi guy who loves nature exploration (message me for a socially distanced walk)

What do I stand for?

• Zero-Tolerance 4 Bullying & Harassment (we get enough uni drama as it is, this is totally unacceptable > there need to be faster ways of dealing with issues)
• Pressuring the Government to give students more! (Covid-19 made us scapegoats of the Conservative Gov and saw many of us untouched by government support, time for them to face the consequences for that)
• Introducing cross-campus sustainability initiatives aimed at getting students to work with faculty (lets build connections by working together to fight climate change)
• Addressing the elephant in the room > University senior management salaries! Why are we paying so much for food when they get paid 6 figures each year, no, no, no!

Enough = enough

We deserve better!
