The Royal Holloway Rocketry Society are a new society for 2016. We are dedicated to promoting hobby, amateur and experimental rocketry to students of Royal Holloway as well as the wider community.
We aim to design, build, and test rockets, explore the underlying physics behind rocketry and develop other space exploration technology. In addition, the society seeks to assist all members to expand their technical knowledge, develop new skills and increase their employability.
Whether you are a seasoned rocketeer or just curious, RHRS has something for you. Got a good idea for a rocket? Payload experiment? Perhaps a rover or robotics project? RHRS helps our members find funding and build teams for interesting and novel projects.
Join and be part of the global rocketry community. We strive to provide an inclusive, fun environment and encourage cooperation and collaboration between members and other groups. RHRS is affiliated to UKSEDS (UK Students for the Exploration and Discovery of Space) who provide support with projects and events throughout the year.
