Freshers' Ball ft. Scouting For Girls
We cordially invite you to our headline event of the week, Freshers’ Ball, set in the quad of our beloved Founder’s Building. This is a great chance for you to throw on your ball gowns and black ties for a classy end to the carnage that is known as Freshers’ Festival. Headlined by Scouting for Girls, it would be a big mistake to miss out on this special evening.

Wristband Exchange / Fast Track Entry
If you want fast track entry on the night you can exchange your e-ticket for a wristband on Saturday. This will take place in the following location:
- Union Helpdesk - Midday to 3pm
Please note that additional ticket holders need to be present when exchanging for a wristband and wristbands must be placed on your arm at the time of collection. We cannot refund any wristbands that are lost between collection and the event start so please look after your wristband.
Signing In A Guest
Guests need to be signed in at the following location and times:
- Union Helpdesk - Midday to 3pm
What To Do With Your E-Ticket
If you can't make wristband exchange you can gain entry on the door from 8pm. To do this you'll need to bring your College Card (or student number) and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card or government ID) or a signing in wristband and the person who signed you in if you are a guest.
If you feel more comfortable printing your ticket, that’s fine but it’s not needed (and is probably more environmentally friendly if you don’t!)
Door Timings And Entry
The entrance for the event is the Founder's North Quad archway and doors will open at 8pm.
