Afro-Caribbean Food Stall

Every Thursday through October, Global Kitchen will be bringing their food stalls right to our doorstep, with food showcasing an Afro-Caribbean theme to celebrate the culinary diversity of the U.K. This week, they've got West Indian Brown' Down Chicken to satisfy your tastebuds. This dish showcases deep caramelised flavours running though a hearty sauce, spiked with pimento, pepper, thyme, scotch bonnet, ginger and garlic. Family favourite served all over the Caribbean.
