Mental Health Awareness Training

Join us on Zoom for free Mental Health Awareness training, delivered by VP Wellbeing and Diversity, Alice Goode, and Student Advisor Sophie Bury.

We will be discussing mental wellbeing, common signs and symptoms of mental illness, and how to help your friends who may be struggling. This training will give you practical skills and confidence to have open conversations about mental health, and set boundaries while supporting others.

Please note this training includes a discussion of specific mental health diagnoses and symptoms including anxiety and depression, panic attacks, eating disorders, and suicide and self-harm.

We have an open-door policy so you can leave at any time with no questions asked. If you have any questions, or any access needs ahead of the training, please email Sophie Bury.
