2017 is the year that marks a new sporting rivalry between the Royal Holloway Bears and Surrey Stags, engaging in a battle of sporting prowess to decide which university comes out on top! With 15 miles between us and University of Surrey, this Varsity will be a competition testing our athlete’s pride, passion and skill within their respective sports.
The inauguration of this rivalry commences on the 29 March, taking place at the Surrey Sports Park. There is a sport for everyone to watch, ranging from our men and women’s rugby team to cheerleading to something more unique such as Quidditch.
If you’re looking for an incredible sporting atmosphere surrounded by hundreds of students cheering for their sports clubs and high-level sport, you can buy a ticket here for a student friendly price of £10 for a t-shirt, travel and entry into the premises and after-party.
If you are making your own way there, you can get a ticket for £5 which includes entry into the sports-grounds and after-party and a t-shirt.
