We’re delighted to announce that the new Storage Inn, previously the old student pub Stumble Inn, is now fully complete and ready for use. For the first time ever, student groups will have fully lockable storage spaces that is accessible 24/7. It will become available to the student groups within the next couple of weeks.
The new storage facility will be a huge asset to all our student groups, who have previously struggled to locate a space to store their equipment or have had to store equipment in their houses.
Commenting on it's launch, Pippa Gentry, Vice-President Societies and Media said: "Storage Inn may not be as fun or lively as its predecessor, Stumble Inn, but it will make a huge difference to student groups and their mission to make our campus more fun."

There will be big cages that can hold large props, meaning performing societies won’t have to throw them away. Lockable areas and boxes are also available, ensuring that all the equipment that student groups have bought will be secure and safe. The space will be built on a raised floor to combat against flooding. It will also feature first-rate security measures, such as high-grade locks and CCTV coverage.

Don’t worry, there is enough space! There are a range of options that sports clubs and societies can take, depending on their individual needs.
