Next week #HealthyU is back! And this time, it’s all about eating well. We have recipes for you to try, smoothies for you to make, deals on ingredients in your Union Shop and several chances to win a £20 voucher for the fruit and vegetable market.
I will be putting out a blog every day showcasing some of my favourite recipes, tips on reading the nutritional information on the backs of packaging and how to plan your meals for the week, which will include my own recommended meal plan complete with prices and recipes.
