It has recently been brought to our attention that the estate agent Alpha Residential has sent an email to a number of their student tenants in regards to making arrangements for contract renewals.
The email relates to arrangements for extending tenancies in preparation for next year, and asks tenants to pay an administration fee and one month rent up front if they wish to continue living in their current properties next year. They also stipulate that houses should be kept presentable for viewings at any time.
