Tickets for Society Awards are £30, which includes 3 course menu, welcome drink, 2 x wine or 3 x soft drink vouchers, as well as entertainment throughout the evening.

The Students' Union is keen to take the necessary steps to meet the accessibility requirements of all people and promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities. If you have any accessibility requirements, please let us know when you purchase your ticket and we'll be in touch.

Event schedule

Doors open at 18:00 with the meal being served at 19:00 and then the awards ceremony due to start at 20:00. Once the ceremony is over (around 22:00), we'll turn the Main Hall around for an afterparty with a DJ to keep you dancing until 01:00.

Tickets

Tickets are available for all members of our societies and media outlets - you can also purchase an additional guest ticket to bring a +1 along (they don't need to be a Royal Holloway student so you're welcome to bring family and friends).

Food and drink

You'll receive a welcome drink on arrival ( prosecco or orange juice) plus vouchers for two additional alcoholic or soft drinks. Choose from a glass of house wine, or any draught soft drink.

You will then enjoy a three course mediteranean meal served to your tables
