Need Financial Support this Summer?

You may or may not be aware that Study Support Grant applications are now closed for undergraduate students until 1 September 2023.

However, if you are a continuing undergraduate student and have found yourself in financial difficulty during the holiday period, you can apply for the Summer Fund if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are unable to return home and or live with family over the summer
  • You are unable to work over the summer due to a health condition
  • You have an academic commitment taking place during the summer vacation period
  • You have other exceptional circumstances

Summer fund applications can be made via this application form.

Things to note!

  • Applications for financial support must be received no later than four weeks before your official course end date
  • The assessment of your financial need will not take into account your tuition fees
  • Postgraduate study support grant applications are still being processed throughout the summer.
