Enjoy the Great Outdoors

Picnics in Egham

Grab your friends and head to Founder's Field or Virginia Water for a delightful picnic surrounded by nature's beauty. Grab a blanket, head over to the Union shop to get some delicious snacks, and soak up the sun in these tranquil settings.

Picnic Spots in London

If you're up for a change of scenery, London offers plenty of fantastic picnic spots. Hyde Park, one of the city's largest green spaces, provides vast open areas, a serene lake, and even opportunities for boating. Regent's Park, with its beautifully manicured gardens and stunning rose bushes, offers a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle. Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill provide sweeping views of the London skyline and a peaceful retreat amidst nature. Its surrounding areas are home to a range of charming pubs perfect for unwinding and enjoying good company. There’s our beloved Packhorse, with its lively atmosphere, friendly staff, and daily drinks deals. Just down the road is The Foresters Arms offering a cosy atmosphere and locally sourced pub food, while The Crown in Egham hosts live music events and has a spacious beer garden. Lastly, The Beehive and Barley Mow in Englefield Green are family-friendly pubs serving delicious food and refreshing drinks.
