What's the difference between Freshers and Refreshers?
Similar to Freshers' Festival in September, Refreshers is a chance for getting to know campus, new people and your Students' Union. It's just a bit colder now.
Early bird wristbands are available for £27 (all-in wristband) until 23:59 on New Year's Eve (or £23 without the Comedy Night seated ticket which is worth £7). Come New Year's Day, the all-in wristbands will go up to £30 (if they don't sell out during the early bird period) while the standard wristband (without the comedy) will cost £25. With an all-in wristband at the early bird price of £27, you'll bag yourself a saving of £13 on the individual ticket prices.

Will my wristband guarantee me entry into events?
Wristbands and online tickets guarantee you entry into the event before 11pm for Smells Like Teen Spirit ft. Queen Will Rock You, Flawless ft. Jaykae and Pop! ft. Becky Hill. For the Alumni Sports Day Afterparty you'll have guaranteed entry until 10pm, and if you opted for an all-in wristband, your entrance to Comedy Night ft. Simon Brodkin is also secured (just make sure you're there before the performance is due to start!)
When and where can I collect my wristband?
Once you’ve made your purchase you will be emailed a confirmation receipt (please read this as it contains loads of important details) and the ticket will be viewable within the account area of your profile on our website. You then need to bring your College card and proof of age ID along to the Union Helpdesk to collect your wristband.

Can I buy a wristband if I'm under 18?
Our system is set up to only allow purchases to be made by individuals who are 18+. That said, there’s ways and means of still getting involved and our Trading Services team (who are a lovely bunch by the way) can issue wristbands to individuals under the age of 18. This is on a case by case basis so you’ll need to drop them an email at venues@su.rhul.ac.uk.
Can I buy individual tickets to events?
We’ll be launching individual tickets on New Year's Day along with the full price wristbands, but they're extremely limited. Essentially if you’re looking to attend multiple events over the week then a wristband is the best value offer.
I'm having trouble logging into the website, what do I do?
If you’ve already acquired your student login details but you’re still experiencing issues trying to log in, you can try and resolve them by following the steps provided by our login guide. If you’re still struggling after following the guide, please email marketing@su.rhul.ac.uk stating your student number and the error message you have encountered.
