Grab your bundle and get ready for Welcome 2026.

Friday 21 Aug: freshers get first dibs on bundles.

Monday 24 Aug: bundles go live for everyone.

Friday 28 Aug: individual tickets drop.

When tickets go on sale, you'll need to use your Royal Holloway email address (the one ending in @live.rhul.ac.uk) to log into the SU website to purchase. Your university email will come directly from Royal Holloway, so if it hasn't landed yet, don't worry, it should be with you soon.

Individual event tickets

Prefer to pick and choose? Individual tickets for specific events go on sale separately, check the Events page for what's coming up.

Do I need to collect my bundle?

No, bundles don't need collecting, they're linked straight to your account once purchased and act as your entry. Just bring your Student ID Card with you to the event.

Guests may still need to be present with the Royal Holloway student who purchased their ticket, please check individual event details for guest entry requirements.
