Ticket information

Students: £30 advance / £32 on the door

Guests: £62 advance only (no guest tickets on the door). Sold as a £62 'student + guest' ticket, which must be bought through a student account.

Advance tickets are available online until 8pm on the night of the event.

Included in the No Days Off bundle.

Bringing guests to the SU

Current Royal Holloway students are permitted to bring one guest. Guest tickets must be purchased in advance, and you'll need to sign your guest in on the door from 9pm.

Your guest must arrive with you and bring their own photographic proof of age ID. You're responsible for your guest's behaviour while they're in the venue, and may be given a sanction should they break the code of conduct.

Admission

Tickets guarantee entry until 11pm, after this, entry depends on venue capacity until last entry at midnight.

Identification

E-tickets are your ticket to the event, you'll need this with you to get in. If you've purchased a student ticket, we may ask to see your Student ID Card.

You'll also need a valid, in-date, physical proof of age document (driving licence, passport, PASS card, YOTI app) that's photographic. This can NOT be an image of the document, it must be the document itself.

Until Friday 2 October, we'll accept a couple of alternatives that prove your student status: your Campus Connect Profile on your phone, or an official Royal Holloway letter showing your Student ID Card Number and full name.

Event tickets

When you purchase a ticket, you'll receive two emails: a payment receipt, and your e-ticket as a PDF in a separate email, you'll need to show this on the door to be scanned in. Lock your screen in portrait mode and turn up the brightness to make scanning easier, or print your e-ticket if you don't have a mobile device.

All sales are final, refunds aren't available once purchased (including duplicates, purchases made in error, tickets bought for the wrong event, or non-attendance due to personal choice, illness, or injury).

Transfers

Your Student ID Card and tickets are not transferable, you can't lend them to anyone else to get into the venue.

Accessibility

All of our venues are wheelchair accessible via shallow ramps. If you or someone you know requires access to special facilities, email suvenues@rhul.ac.uk and our team will do their best to meet your needs.

Venues code of conduct
