A Recipe Book Starring YOU!

As part of her focus on nutrition, VP Welfare & Diversity Lucy Simpson is creating a recipe book starring you, the students! It will get us thinking about what we put in our bodies, and how it impacts our mental and physical health.

FoodRecipe Bookwelfare blog

This year, as part of my focus on nutrition, I would like to create a recipe book starring you, the students! The book will be sold in the shop at a very low cost to students at Royal Holloway. Your very own claim to Bnoc fame!

I hope that this book will get us all thinking about what we put into our bodies, and how this impacts on your mental and physical health. Also, how do you save money? Do you make lunches everyday? Then you could submit a lunchbox recipe!

What recipes can you submit?

Anything! Do you have a really awesome recipe for toasted cheese? Or an amazing version of dumplings? Drop it into our submission box! All recipes are welcome, and we would love to see different dishes from across the world!

How can you submit a recipe?

So, if you have a really amazing recipe you would like to share with us please submit it to be published! You can submit as many as you would like, at any level of difficulty. All you have to do is click on the button below and fill in a document that will ask you all sorts of questions about your recipe. It’s as simple as that! Please not that all recipes will be kept anonymous.

Our one rule is that the recipe has to be your own, please don’t submit recipes from an existing recipe book as this is a breach of copyright. Please submit your recipe idea by the end of Term One, and we will be looking to publish the book in Term Two!!
