About the venue
The Union Venue is a 1440 capacity nightclub that plays host to weekly club nights and tons of amazing society performances throughout the year.
Based at the Students' Union, you can expect regular classics such as Flawless - our hip hop, grime, and RnB night that has previously featured acts such as Big Narstie, Nadia Rose, and Fekky - every Wednesday. Friday nights are varied up each week, giving you an ever-changing roster of nights out and musical genres.
The venue is spread out across the Students' Union building, with Tommy's Lounge featuring a small bar and DJ; the main hall featuring the VK bar, main stage, and full lighting rig; down towards Tommy's Kitchen you'll find another couple of bars along with seating; before heading outside into the Union Plaza where you'll find another bar and sometimes other activity. The cloakroom is upstairs on the first floor.
