No. RHSU Rewards is completely free to join.

Download the RHSU Order app from the App Store or Google Play and create an account. Your loyalty account is created automatically. Head to 'My Loyalty Card' in the app to find your unique QR code and start collecting points straight away.

You earn 10 points for every £1 spent at participating RHSU venues.

Simply show your loyalty QR code at the till when you pay. If you order in the app, points are added automatically.

Points are usually added to your account immediately, but may occasionally take up to 48 hours to appear.

Unfortunately, points can't normally be added retrospectively. Please make sure your QR code is scanned at the time of purchase.

You can view your current points balance at any time in the RHSU Order app.

Points remain valid for 12 months from the date they're earned. Any unused points will automatically expire after this period.

Most purchases qualify for points. However, RHSU may exclude certain products, promotions, events, ticket sales or partner-operated services from earning points.

Once you reach 500 points, a £5 voucher will automatically be added to your account. It can be redeemed at The Packhorse or the Union Shop. Simply show your loyalty QR code when paying and let the team know you'd like to use your voucher.

Loyalty vouchers can be redeemed against most food, drink and retail purchases in participating RHSU venues. However, vouchers can't be used to buy tobacco or tobacco-related products, or vapes and vaping products. RHSU reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions or events from voucher redemption.

Not at The Venue, but you'll still earn points on every purchase there. Just show your QR code at the bar.

The Packhorse offers table ordering. Find a table and place your order in the app for service to your seat.

No problem. You can still order at the bar the old-fashioned way.

No. Points, rewards and vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

No. Customers should only have one loyalty account. RHSU reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts.

You can update your account details in the RHSU Order app or by contacting the relevant RHSU team.

RHSU reserves the right to suspend or remove accounts where there is evidence of misuse, fraud, abuse of the scheme, or activity that breaches the programme's terms and conditions.

From time to time, RHSU may amend, suspend or withdraw the RHSU Rewards programme, including point earning rates and redemption values. Any significant changes will be communicated where reasonably possible.

In addition to earning loyalty points, RHSU staff members are entitled to 10% off one transaction per day at The Packhorse or 10% off purchases from the Union Shop. The discount is applied to the whole order, provided it includes at least one food item; drinks-only purchases aren't eligible.

The staff discount can't be used with any other offer, promotion, voucher, loyalty reward or discounted pricing. RHSU reserves the right to apply the most beneficial discount where multiple promotions may otherwise apply.
