Apply to be co-opted as a Community Officer

Are you a continuing student? We are looking for students to represent the Women Students Community, Parent & Carer Students Community and the Students of Faith Community for the 2026/27 academic year.

Hello!

Are you a continuing student? We are looking for students to represent the Women Students Community, Parent & Carer Students Community and the Students of Faith Community for the 2026/27 academic year.

The Community Officer role sits within our Inclusion Communities, providing a platform for groups to have their voices heard both on campus and beyond. This voluntary position also focuses on bringing students together, helping them build connections and find their sense of belonging while at Royal Holloway. We are looking for 3 Community Officers to lead each community listed above.

Being a Community Officer is incredibly rewarding. In this role, you’ll organise events for your community, represent your community at our Policy Forums, and foster a sense of belonging for your community by engaging with your Network Membership.

Apply via this Teams Form by Friday 21 August. If successful, a member of the Voice Team will contact you by the end of August with details on what to expect next.

For more information about the role, check out the Community Officer profiles on the RHSU website, Instagram or email us at Voice@su.rhul.ac.uk and we would be happy to have a chat or send over the job description!

Why are we sending you this information? You applied for a role in the Community Elections, and we'd like to let you know about other opportunities, including any roles that are still vacant.

Good luck!
