Welcome to the First Love Society!

The First Love Society is a Jesus-centred Christian society dedicated to fostering a thriving, welcoming, and inclusive community at Royal Holloway. We warmly welcome students from all backgrounds, whether you are a Christian, exploring faith, or simply interested in learning more about Jesus.

Our mission is to help students grow spiritually and personally throughout their university journey. Through meaningful fellowship, biblical teaching, worship, and community engagement, we aim to create an environment where students can build lasting friendships, deepen their faith, and develop as individuals.

Events

We hold weekly church services on campus, primarily in the Windsor Building. During our services, we gather for praise and worship, hear the Word of God preached and taught, and enjoy fellowship together as a community of believers. Our services also feature the vibrant Dancing Stars Ministry, creating an atmosphere where students can encounter God and express their faith through worship and dance. As room locations may occasionally change, we encourage members to stay connected through our communication channels to receive the latest updates.

In addition, we run weekly Bible studies every Wednesday at 7:00 p.m., providing an opportunity to study Scripture, ask questions, and grow together in faith.

Throughout the academic year, we also host a variety of exciting society events, including game nights, productions, social gatherings, outreach activities, and other opportunities designed to build community and create memorable experiences for our members.
