Women in Corporate

ABOUT US

The Royal Holloway Women in Corporate Society aims to empower, support and inspire women (and those identifying) to enter corporate and commercial professions. Our mission is to create an inclusive and encouraging community that enables our members to develop with the necessary skills to succeed in professional environments.

By bridging the gap between university and the corporate world, we offer a range of opportunitie that focus on professional growth and personal development. This includes opportunities such as career-building workshops, networking events, mentorship schemes and personal development opportunities. Alongside this, we maintain the importance of community through social events that cater to foster friendships and peer support. By combining career preparation with our focus on community, we aim to create a space where members feel motivated, represented and empowered to reach their full potential.

EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

We aim to organise events that cater academic, professional and social interests of our members. This aims to support both personal wellbeing and career development.

Some of the events that we offer include:

  • Wellbeing coffee chats & goal-setting workshops.
  • Guest speaker and career building events.
  • Friendship and bonding events.
  • Women empowerment and celebratory events.
