About Me

Hi, I'm Adrian, one of the Lay Trustees on the Board, sitting on the People and Culture Committee. I've spent over twenty years in business change and transformation, at organisations including Marks & Spencer, the FCA, Dixons Carphone and Capgemini. I currently lead delivery and process engineering at amplify5. Most of my work has been about the people side of change: helping organisations adopt new ways of working and bringing people along rather than doing change to them.

Student-led organisations have been part of my life for a long time. I was National President of AIESEC Canada (way back when!), and for over a decade I've been a Trustee and Company Director of AIESEC UK, including six years as Chair, working alongside an elected student leadership that changes every year. I've also been Chair of a primary school governing board.

I'm excited to be joining the Board at an important moment for RHSU. I look forward to supporting the team and helping shape the next strategy, so the Union stays well governed and sustainable and delivers for all students at Royal Holloway.

Outside work I enjoy travelling, whether on my motorbike touring the English countryside or further afield somewhere new.
