All Student Meetings

The highest-level decisions made by the Students' Union take place at All Student Meetings. These are open to all students and meet once a term.

We have three Councils which operate in addition to All Student Meetings. These have been established to discuss and agree policy positions on issues that matter to Royal Holloway students in these key areas that they represent. Any ordinary member (a registered student of Royal Holloway) may attend these meetings as a non-voting member. The voting membership of each Council is detailed in the specific council information below.

Each Council has the power to delegate some executive functions (for example, planning of campaigns or the ratification of student groups) to sub-groups. Each Council meets once in each term and sits in good time before full meetings of Steering Committee, where each Council will submit a written report through their Chair.
