PhotoSoc Receive Double Award Nomination

We'd like to extend our congratulations to RHUL Photography Society who have been nominated for two awards at the National Societies Awards 2019.

PhotoSoc have been recognised in the 'Best Arts Society' and 'Most Improved Society' categories, for the event which will take place at Manchester Metropolitan Students' Union on Tuesday 30 April.

There are 12 awards up for grabs in total, with ten nominees in each category, spanning the very finest societies from across the UK. Ticket holders will enjoy a three course meal, evening entertainment and access to daytime events which will feature society demonstrations and classes, enabling attendees to try something new, or exchange top tips.

Best Arts Society

This award is given to the society that most successfully encourages either participation or performance in the arts, and is for both recreational, performance and competitive groups.

This award is given to the Society considered to have improved the most this academic year.
