Like every year we're putting on the glitzy awards night to celebrate the fantastic achievements of our wonderful sports clubs, and the individuals who contribute to their success. This year, we’ll be heading to the Hilton Hotel @ London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 on Saturday 29 March, and we want to see you there! Don your best suit or party frock and enjoy a welcome drink, a three-course meal, drinks, transport to and from the venue, and entertainment throughout the evening.
Coach times will be communicated to you closer to the event but we expect that the first coach will leave campus around 17:30. Coaches will shuttle between campus and the Hilton Hotel to ensure all guests can get to the event. The coaches will pick guests up from Founder’s Field bus stop, with the last coach leaving campus at approximately 18:30. Coaches will begin to bring guests back to campus from 23:00 until the end of the event. Coach transport is included in the ticket price.
It is possible to drive to the venue but please be aware that there are very limited parking spaces and you will have to pay, so we'd recommend that you hop on the coach. You are welcome to take a taxi to or from the event if you wish.
