Coffee House Sessions ft. VICTORS and RVBY
Head down to Tommy's Kitchen as we serve up some freshly brewed music from the UK's most exciting new artists. This week we are joined by not one - but two artists: VICTORS and RVBY!
VICTORS
Over the past three years, Leeds based indie-pop band VICTORS have been making waves across the UK, with a sound showcasing a distinctively arty, if still undeniably mainstream, pop aesthetic, reminiscent to that of The 1975, The Neighbourhood and Atlas Genius. They started to build a loyal following, performing in festivals such as Penn Festival and sharing the stage alongside the likes of the Kaiser Chiefs and Manic Street Preachers.
Despite being based in the UK, their first break happened in America, where their music got played on the NFL. Their tracks have attracted the attention of prominent music tastemakers, even being played out on BBC Radio 1.
