Patient Participation Group

All patients registered at the GP surgery on campus are invited to attend a virtual call where you'll have the opportunity to ask questions, give feedback, or offer suggestions for the GP Surgery's service.

The call is being hosted on Microsoft Teams - please contact President Jack O'Neill via email or social media (@RHSUPresident) for the link.

Jack commented: "Within the current circumstances, it is arguably more important than ever that we are provided with the reassurance that the GP Surgery is adequately meeting the expected standards in their service to the Royal Holloway community.

"We must recognise that they are operating in incredibly challenging times and that it is likely that they too are experiencing some aspects of uncertainty. However, this does not mean that we are entitled to ask tough questions, and expect a clear roadmap for how the service will continue, under these difficult circumstances.

"Immediately following the PPG, I will be meeting with the GP Surgery and members of the College to discuss what they have done to follow up on the actions of previous PPG meetings, and most importantly, to understand and query what is the direction moving forwards."
