We're going all-out American this week to celebrate the Super Bowl, go long into the night as we bring you everything from cheesy tunes to £2.50 drink deals. Not to mention, it's free entry too!

Entry requirements

All events at Medicine are non-ticketed; simply turn up with your College Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card or government ID).

Entry will be dependent on venue capacity with last entry at midnight.

Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative lateral flow test is not required for this event.

Guests are welcome to attend all events at Medicine - they'll just need to bring photographic proof of age ID and be signed in on the door by a current Royal Holloway student. 

Please note that due to COVID-19 safety measures, Medicine is currently limited to one guest.

Cashless campus

All of our venues are cashless and will remain so in the 2021/22 academic year. We are aware that when starting university, some of you will not yet have a bank account and if you’re an international student, you may not have a UK bank account when you arrive in the UK to study. To facilitate this, all students will be able to top up their College Card account before arriving on campus, using Upay.

As your Students' Union, we're keen to promote equality of opportunity for people with disabilities and to take the necessary steps to meet their requirements - that's why we've ensured that everything we do is accessible to as many of you as possible.

Watch Super Bowl LVI live @ The Packhorse

If you're keen to watch this year's Super Bowl between Los Angeles Rams and Cincinnati Bengals, you can join us from 10pm at The Packhorse on Sunday 13 February.

It's free entry but if you want to guarantee the best table to watch the game then we'd definitely encourage you to book in advance with one of our food and drink packages.
