Summer Ball 2023 Wristband Collection

We can't believe the time has finally arrived but in just two days' time, you'll be partying away at Summer Ball with headliner Wilkinson, GRACEY, Caity Baser, and loads more!

Remember you need to pick up your wristband before turning up at the event! If you're on campus, we'd recommend that you collect on Thursday or during the day on Friday as queues will be much shorter.

Wristband Collection

You must collect your wristband(s) from the SU ticket office located outside the Students' Union, at any of the following times:

Thursday 1 June: 10am-4pm
Friday 2 June: 10am-11pm

Wristbands cannot be collected on the door.

Your guest(s) must be present with you when you collect your wristbands. We’ll need to take down their details and place the wristband on their arm at the time of exchange.

Entry Requirements

Students must bring their Royal Holloway College Card and photographic proof of age ID (driving licence, passport, PASS card) to the event.
