Stressbusters: The Mindful Mile
Join the Advice Centre for a gentle jog around campus – the perfect stress reliever or revision break activity great for your mental health and getting some vitamin D out in the sunshine. Bring along your friends, or come solo, the pace is for everyone, whether you are a marathon runner, take part in the local parkrun or adamant that you are “not a runner” there is something for everyone. Some will be running and getting a PB, others will be taking it at a gentle jog, taking in our beautiful campus and others will be walking the route – this event is truly for everyone.

It’s no secret that exams can cause a fair bit of stress for a lot of people. So now more than ever, it’s important that you take care of your wellbeing; get a good amount of sleep, eat well and drink plenty (of water).
To help you with that, and to crack down on stress, every year we run the Stressbusters campaign during the third term to give you a break from revision and to try out some fun activities. We’ve got a great mix of events, so there’s something for everyone to get involved in.
