Panel Discussion for Lace Up for Trans Rights

A transgender athlete has been invited to talk about their experiences being trans in the sporting world. What we can learn from them, how we can become better allies and create an inclusive, welcoming environment within our teams and the community around us. Join Women's Rugby for this event to learn, support your team members and become better allies. 

The campaign aims to raise awareness and drive solidarity across university sports teams and societies in opposition to the ban on transgender people in sports (particularly the ban of trans women in women’s rugby). Women's Rugby want to foster an inclusive and supportive sporting community where trans athletes feel safe, respected, and welcome.
