LGBTQ+ Speed Dating & Speed ‘Mate’-ing

Looking to find The One or meet like-minded friends? Sign up for LGBT+ Speed Dating & Mate-ing event at the Packhorse! Whether you're new to RHUL and looking to make connections, or a third-year student wanting to meet new people, this event is for you.

DATE? Monday, 9th February 
TIME? 6-8PM 
PLACE? Packhorse (Egham Hill, Egham, TW20 0BQ) 

WHAT WILL HAPPEN? When you arrive, you’ll be given a card that has names and table numbers. Across a series of 10-minute rounds you’ll meet people listed on your card (based on the preferences you share in this form). If you’re also taking part in Speed Mate-ing (Friendship) rounds, these will be mixed into the rotation in the same10-minute format. 

We’ll guide you through each round, with some breaks built in, and afterwards you can privately indicate who you’d like to stay in touch with! If its a match, we'll share details to all parties involved in the connection <3

During the event you can also donate to the RHUL Transition Fund!  

The transition fund is a mutual aid fund to help transgender members of the LGBT+ Society pay for private transition-related costs.  

Don't forget your student ID and proof of age ID (driving license, passport, or PASS card) on the day. Entry is free, with the option to donate that will go to the LGBT+ Society Transition Fund.
