Give Ab Blast a Go: 12:30pm - 1pm; Jane Holloway Building; This 30 minute class will give your abs a targeted workout, using a variety of exercises to improve your core strength. The class will challenge all fitness levels and is the perfect add on to your current fitness workouts!

Wellbeing Walk & Talk: Women of Royal Holloway Campus Tour: 12:30pm - 1:30pm; SU Venue; Join your VP Wellbeing & Diversity and your VP Societies and Sports on a 'Wellbeing Walk & Talk'. In honour of Women's History Month, we will be focusing on the Women of Royal Holloway whilst exploring campus.
