If you’re looking to develop a new skill, flex your creative muscles, or simply unwind after a day of lectures, you’ll find something in our calendar of Give It A Go events.

These are smaller-scale events that are predominantly alcohol-free and focused on you meeting new people in a fun, relaxed and welcoming environment. Some highlights from Freshers' Festival include our Board Games Night, a Petting Zoo, a Trip to IKEA and loads more!

So whether you’re an adrenaline junkie, culture vulture or just love a bit of art and craft, we'll have something for you.

Brighton Day Trip: 4th June; SU Venue; Kick off Summer 2024 the right way by taking a trip down to Brighton! With a campus to beach front coach this really is the easiest way to live life after exams. Shop the lanes, explore the pier or take a dip in the sea there's nothing better!
