The deadline to apply for the next phase of rep recruitment is Sunday 18 May at 23:59. We will be reaching out to all respondents after the recruitment window has closed with more information around training, which will be delivered as part of our very first Student Leader Conference in June. Roles Available

Course Rep: Course Reps are the largest group of academic reps and they work to collect feedback directly from students on their course. This voluntary position is expected to liaise with Senior Course Reps to keep in touch and share this information as well as attend termly Staff-Student Action Meetings where Course Reps for your department and level of study will have an opportunity to discuss feedback and identify actions and anything else relevant for you in the role.

Senior Course Rep: You must have been a course rep previously in order to apply for this position. This voluntary role sits between Course Reps and School Reps to ensure there is a constant flow of information across various levels of representation. They receive feedback from Course Reps and escalate it to School Reps if feedback impacts the whole School rather than individual departments and they are also responsible for chairing the Staff-Student Action Meetings.

Please note you must be a current student in 2025/26 to be eligible.
