Summer Term is almost upon us, so it's time to announce the next batch of Give It A Go events, as we seek to keep you sane until the end of the academic year!

Once again, term two was packed full of creative activities, such as Mug & Wine Glass Decorating and Disney Colouring In. It wouldn't be Give It A Go without Pets as Therapy (we love the doggos!), while our Crafternoons saw you decorate everything from glasses to tea lights. We enjoyed day trips to Cambridge and Portsmouth, while there were a number of beginners classes (self-defence and sign language), and chances to share the love at Friendship Bracelet Making. And that's only scratching the surface!

What's term three got in store?

Well, we're glad you asked! We know Summer Term is a gruelling one, with exams, revisions and deadlines to meet, so we're putting on a number of events to put your mind at ease and ensure you're taking care of your wellbeing at what can be a highly stressful time of year.

We're getting the ball rolling as soon as term starts with the Reptile Experience on Monday 25 April while Tea @ Tommy's (Friday 29 April) will be returning, as well as Postgraduate Tea and Cakes (Wednesday 11 May). Before you start to panic, Pets as Therapy will be returning with the doggos making their way to the SU Main Hall on Wednesday 18 May.

Crafternoons will of course be running, with glitter jars (Wednesday 27 April) and friendship bracelets (Wednesday 8 June) among the items you can get creative with. Cupcake Decorating (Wednesday 1 June), Disney Movie Night (Friday 13 May)... the list goes on!

For the perfect relaxation session, we've got Mini Massages (Tuesday 10 May), or if day trips are up your street - join us as we head down to sunny Bournemouth on Saturday 21 May.

How do I get involved?

As long as you're a Royal Holloway student, you can get involved with as many activities as you like, many of which are completely free! Simply head over to our events page and have a look at what's on offer. For any ticketed events, you can purchase these through the website or the RHSU app.
