Stressbusters Week is all about making sure you have space to breathe, reset, and look after your wellbeing. Join us for as many events as you like, and don’t forget to bring your friends along! Stressbusters Week is all about looking after you and taking time to relax, reset, and find moments of calm during exam season. Whether you’re planning to attend every event or just popping in for one or two, here are our top tips to help you get the most out of the week.

Make Time for Yourself (Even If It’s Just 30 Minutes)

We know your schedule is packed, but even short breaks can dramatically improve focus and wellbeing. Choose one or two Stressbusters events and block them into your calendar - treat them like appointments with your future, less-stressed self.

Come With a Friend… or Make One There!

These events are designed to bring people together. Bring a course mate along for some quality downtime or come solo and meet new people in a relaxed, friendly environment. You’ll be surprised how uplifting a good chat can be.

Try Something New

Never made a pom pom before? Never decorated a cupcake? Never joined in on a nature walk? Perfect! Stressbusters Week is the time to try something different. New activities can boost your mood, reduce stress, and even spark new hobbies.

Seek Out the Cosy Spaces

From coffee mornings to crafting tables, there’s a cosy corner waiting for you. Use these spaces to decompress, revise in peace, or simply sip something warm while enjoying a slower pace for a moment.

Use the Week to Build Healthy Habits

If crafting helps you unwind, keep doing it. If walking clears your mind, build it into your routine. If cosy coffee breaks recharge you, make them part of your study strategy. Stressbusters is just the start! let it inspire your wellbeing all term.

Be Kind to Yourself

Some days are productive, others feel heavy. Remember that both are normal. Stressbusters Week is a reminder that you deserve care, rest, and comfort. Let these events be a space where you can pause and breathe.
