Witchcraft and Occult

About us

Hello and welcome to the Witchcraft and Occult society at Royal Holloway! We are an inclusive society, and welcome everyone regardless of their background. We aim to provide our members with the opportunity to connect with and learn about witchcraft, the occult, and the religions and beliefs accompanying them that are more often than not misrepresented.

Each month, we choose a different theme and hold weekly sessions and workshops on the different practices that relate to that chosen theme. During these sessions, we usually combine a short presentation with a practical aspect, the latter during which our members get to know each other better, socialize and learn about each other's personal journeys and practices.

Membership

Purchasing a standard membership to our society will give you access to almost all of our sessions and events for free (some special events might require a small additional fee of a couple of pounds). As a member, you'll get the opportunity to meet loads of like-minded, dedicated, and awesome individuals that will become your friends for life!

Your membership fee goes towards the running of the society, purchasing all the necessary equipment we might require (e.g., pens, paper, jars, candles, and so on), any possible travel costs, and the long-term development of the society.
