Girls' Human Rights Hub

The Girls’ Human Rights Mini Hub at Royal Holloway is a student-led collective dedicated to the protection and promotion of girls' rights both on campus and globally. We're part of a broader movement, focusing on the unique challenges girls and young women face, guided by intersectionality, empowerment, and solidarity. We believe that achieving gender justice requires a deep commitment to dismantling systemic barriers through informed advocacy and collective action. Our mission is to bridge the gap between academic discussion and grassroots impact. We aim to achieve this by hosting educational workshops, leading awareness campaigns on issues like educational equity and gender-based violence, and providing a supportive space for members to develop leadership skills. We aim to empower the next generation of activists at Royal Holloway to stand in firm support of girls' rights everywhere, ensuring every girl has the agency to shape her own future.
