European Affairs Society

EU Soc is a political, cultural, and social society committed to celebrating European cultures and making EU politics accessible. Backed by the European Society Affairs Network, we connect students with EU opportunities, networking events, diplomats, and Europe-focused careers, whilst simultaneously creating an inclusive space for all students interested in the EU, Europe and European Cultures.

From talks, study trips and simulations to cultural events, language cafés, and socials, we're focused on bringing Europe and the EU back into conversation on campus, fostering dialogue and connection in a post-Brexit UK. Whether you're keen to speak first-hand with an EU diplomat about the UK's future with the EU, interested in study abroad opportunities as the UK returns to Erasmus+, or simply searching for a inclusive, diverse community to learn more about European culture, join us!

Open to students from all courses, backgrounds and nationalities. No prior knowledge of EU politics required.

Members gain access to exclusive events, career panels, London-based visits, and a growing EU alumni network.
