Welcome to Love Yourself Week, a weeklong campaign from February 9-13, dedicated to helping you prioritise self-love, self-care, and mental wellbeing. University life can be demanding, and with the pressures of classes, exams, and daily life, it’s easy to overlook taking care of yourself. This week encourages everyone to pause, reflect, and prioritise self-care through empowering events designed to support and uplift. Love Yourself Week provides the perfect opportunity to embrace all aspects of self-love.  

Whether you’re looking to improve your mental health, grow your self-confidence, or simply take a break and reconnect with yourself, Love Yourself Week is here to support you every step of the way. Join us and discover the strength that comes from prioritising YOU!
