It’s no secret that exams can cause a fair bit of stress for a lot of people. To help you with that, and to crack down on stress, every year we run the Stressbusters campaign to give you a break from revision and to try out some fun activities.

Welcome to Love Yourself Week, a weeklong campaign from February 9-13, dedicated to helping you prioritise self-love, self-care, and mental wellbeing.


Budget To Bite

Budget to Bite is on a mission to prove that good food doesn’t have to cost the Earth, your sanity, or the last tenner in your bank account, because, frankly, no one should have to choose between flavour and finances.

Trans Awareness Week

This November, RHSU’s Trans Awareness Week will be led by LGBT+ Students Community Officer, Jakob Bird, with support from RHSU LGBT+ Society and SU staff.


Lace Up For Trans Rights

Lace Up For Trans Rights is an awareness campaign, led by Women's Rugby, that aims to raise awareness and drive solidarity across university sports teamsn and socieities.


Estranged Students Solidarity Week

Estranged Students Solidarity Week (ESSW) is a week-long, student-led, awareness campaign beginning on Monday 24 November 2025. 


Safe Travels

This winter brings a brand new campaign focused on helping commuters travel safely to and from university, no matter what their journey is. This campaign will be led by the Commuting Students Community Officer, Delilah Ferry-Swainson.


Beyond The Plate

Beyond The Plate - Nourish Your Mind, Fuel Your Body is a campaign which aims to raise awareness and understanding of eating disorders by promoting balanced nutrition, positive body image and mental well-being.


Ramadan

This dedicated campaign to support Muslim students throughout Ramadan.It will feature events that foster inclusivity, promote well-being, and create a welcoming space for students to connect, whether through communal iftars, wellness sessions, or opportunities to learn more about Ramadan.
