Yoga - free class
As part of Give It A Go Week, the Sports Centre are running some of their group exercise classes for free!
Yoga is a great way to relax whilst stretching and improving posture. This class is also a great break from your studies and will allow you to focus the mind.
Pre-booking is essential. You will need to ‘buy’ a 'Pay As You Go' membership (which is free), then you will be able to book onto the free sessions.
