Afro-Caribbean Food Stall

Every Thursday through October, Global Kitchen will be bringing their food stalls right to our doorstep, with food showcasing an Afro-Caribbean theme to celebrate the culinary diversity of the UK. This week, they've got a vegan Brazilian stew to satisfy your tastebuds.

Outside of Africa, Brazil has one of the highest black populations with a staggering 16 million Brazilians identifying with an African/Black heritage. To putthingst into perspective, that is over seven times the population of Jamaica! This dish is homage to all things Afro-Brasileiros.
